1. All ‘in stock’ items are dispatched as swiftly as possible, usually within 24 hours of purchase.

All ‘advance orders’ for soon to be released products (as clearly stated in our catalogues as ‘coming soon’) are accepted under the clear understanding that orders will be fulfilled as soon as the particular product become available. We cannot confirm or guarantee dispatch dates for advance orders for products that have not been released, and production may be subject to unexpected and unannounced delay.
If orders are placed for in stock and soon to be released products, all in stock items will be sent immediately and all soon to be released products will be sent as soon as they are available.
3. All customer contact details and personal information is kept strictly private and will not be released to any third party companies or organizations.
4. Requests to reproduce images featured on this site must be made to our sales team.
5. We ship all books using a fast, safe and reliable airfreight service. All products are shipped in well padded envelopes to ensure safe transportation. Our shipping service does not have a tracking service, however we can ship books to you with a trackable courier service, at an additional fee (please contact the sales team for more information).
6. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time.
All sales are final. If an error is made and the wrong product is sent, a correct replacement will be immediately sent and the customer must agree to:
1. Return the mistakenly sent product in “as new” condition
2. The returned product is received within 30 days of dispatch from Redfern Natural History Productions.
3. The return shipping is paid by the customer.
We guarantee receipt of our book products in mint condition.
If the goods received were damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
Redfern will reimburse reasonable postage charges incurred by the customer in returning damaged, defective or incorrect items, and we will send replacement copies to you without additional charge.
